UCC Filing Fees - (55-9-525)
- Ucc Document of one, two or three pages - $20.00
- Ucc Document of at least 4 pages but no more than 25 pages - $40.00
- Total number of pages exceeding 25 pages - $100.00
- For each page which exceeds 25 pages - extra $5
Note that this office only records ucc's that deal with real estate, all others are handles by the Secretary of States Office.
